- Full payment must be made before dispatch.

- Ayaana Marketing reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery time usually ranges between 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
- Any delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen reasons are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products delivered.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photo/video proof.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for return or replacement.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for discounted or clearance items.
